This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions purchased on the Memogram platform (“Memogram,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to Memogram, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. No-Questions-Asked Refund (New Subscriptions Only)

Memogram offers a fourteen (14) day, no-questions-asked refund on first-time subscription purchases only.

If you are not satisfied with Memogram for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment.
No justification, explanation, or proof is required.

This refund applies only once per user account and only to the initial subscription purchase.

2. Exclusion of Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewals—monthly or annual—are non-refundable.

Once a subscription has renewed, Memogram does not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for unused time, features, or services.

3. Subscription Cancellation Responsibility

Users who wish to discontinue their subscription must cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

• The renewal date is clearly displayed under the Subscription tab in the user’s account.
• A visible and active “Cancel Subscription” button is provided for easy self-service cancellation.
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal and billing, which is not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

While Memogram operates a no-questions-asked refund policy, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Policy Updates

Memogram reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
