Memogram collects your data strictly to enhance your experience and ensure our platform functions properly. We DO NOT use your data for marketing or advertising. We use your data to:

• Provide and manage your account.
• Store and organize uploaded photos and videos.
• Ensure a seamless event experience for hosts and guests.

We DO NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• All uploaded media (photos/videos) is stored for 30 days from the date of upload. After this period, all files are permanently deleted from our servers.

• While we cannot control what guests upload, we will immediately shut down accounts found sharing inappropriate content.
