Memogram is an event-based media collection platform that allows users to collect and organize photos and videos uploaded by event guests via a QR code system.

2. User Eligibility

• Memogram is available only to individuals aged 18 and above.
• By using Memogram, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

3. Account Registration & Security

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email or via third-party authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Media Uploads & Storage Policy

• Guests can upload photos and videos using a QR code assigned to an event.
• Uploaded media is stored for 30 days from the date of upload, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers.
• Event hosts are responsible for downloading their media before the expiration period.
• Memogram is not responsible for lost or expired media after the retention period.

6. Payments & Subscription Plans

Memogram offers both free and paid subscription plans.

• Free Plan: Users may have access to limited features.
• Paid Plans: Offer premium features, including extended storage and additional functionalities.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Memogram are owned by Memogram Inc.
• Users retain ownership of the photos and videos they upload but grant Memogram a non-exclusive license to store and display the content within the platform.

Memogram reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Use.
• Your content is flagged for repeated policy violations.
• There is fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity on your account.
